昔々、まだ人類が宇宙に憧れ、フロンティアスピリッツに溢れていた時代。
太陽系の各惑星に世界各国の新たな都市が建設され、
そこで多くの人達が安定した暮らしを送っていた。

この物語はそんな惑星の一つで、あるゆる国の都市が点在する火星に作られた、
新たな日本の都道府県の一つ「第4東京都」を舞台に
若き高校生サラリーマンたちが繰り広げる青春グラフィティである。

The premise is : humanity finally built new cities on each planets of solar system.
And seems the story takes place in Mars, exactly in a new prefecture of Japan called "Fourth Tokyo".

Eh, I'm not feeling it about this series. It has some potential in terms of sci-fi and world building. However, I'm not interested in most of the characters perhaps except for that transfer student.

Guess we'll see how well the pacing will go.

I like it. The balance between the characters is what will make or break the show, and the approach seems more like an ensemble. If the boring girl, Rei clone, or edgy transfer student stands out more than the others then I can easily see this falling apart.

Also the visual direction is very appealing.

Well...I like the setting and the art, and like some of the characters, so that's good. However I am still kind of uncertain about the story....

Will see where it goes for now, at least, and give the next few eps a try.

Interesting beginning. Didn't like dead-pan girl that much, but the class was colorful and fun. I liked the engineer teacher and several of the classmates.

However, Nagisa Kiryu stole the show for me. I love him!

The scene where he was tied up in the chair for some reason gave me L-elf vibes, and they were still there at the end. I love his take charge, logistics attitude and that he's there to downsize the place. It was hilarious.

I'll keep watching even though this wasn't on my radar, I want to see where it goes.

That was a interesting first episode, I like how that rescue mission backfire really fast.
It seem the transfer student will cause some trouble to everyone else.
