I really don't think that under word "Cool" is meant character design... but if it is what he meant, he should be more specific.

I agree with this, except for 5. I don't think either one of these 3 are cool :<

Plus while I used to love Kakashi in the beginning of the show, he has gotten predictable in my opinion, and boring. No offense to fans. Gaara and Neji just need more screen time ( how could the coolest characters be thrown off to the side like that) and Sasuke I think is pretty cool too.
