Anime/Manga/Game Identification Help [See first post]

It could be a small lead, but the face drawing style is probably from a manga of HATA Kenjiro (the mangaka of Hayate no Gotoku!). HnG 's also his only famous manga that i know of, so maybe you can try going to the sub-forum and ask in the manga thread

Hello, this is my first time posting here and I'm actually looking for an show I watched a long time ago. Unfortunately I don't have any pics to help with the search, but I have quite a bit of details about the show itself. At least I hope it is all the same show and my mind isn't just piecing a bunch of clips together. Anyway, if anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated. It is eating away at me trying to figure it out.

The biggest thing I remember about the anime itself is the main character is a doctor that performs operations in a fashion that the government or other doctors at the time wont accept or they believe its the work of some dark forces. Anyway, during the final episodes the main character is forced to perform series operations in front of a group of doctors and judges.
The operation that stood out the most is the main character had to perform an operation on himself while standing up. Alas the reason why eludes me. I believe it was because he was stabbed on the spot and the blade broken and left in his chest avoiding any important organs or something.
Other than that I'm not sure if this is part of it or not but every time the main character saves a patient he puts their name in a book signed with blood of the person he saved.

Could someone tell me who the guy on the right is? I know the girl on the left is Shana but I can't figure out who he is. Some people have told me that it could be Lelouch but I don't think the hair or face matches. And I apologize if the coloring makes it hard to make out. It's the best I could find.

Does this text mean anything to anyone?

It's just his blog entry for the image, which as stated previously is an original work not related to anything else. The third and fourth lines are just random speech spoken by the girls in the image (the word 酔っぱらい/Yopparai means drunkard, indicating the drunk girls in the image).

Alright, im looking for some mangas, i started reading, but couldnt finish. I cant remember their names..

#1 - Its a manga about a guy, who wants to work in tokyo. He happens to meet a girl, he knows from highschool(i think). Right after that, a huge enormous earthquake happens and he starts to fight for his live. Whole city is destroyed and he tries to get out of there asap.
I hope these infos are enough lol

#2 - Some highschool classes are back from a trip from somewhere. Taking an aircraft, that got into trouble and crashed at an unknown island, where strange animals live. Also these kids are fighting for their lives to get outa there.

#2 - A teacher and student relation ship. She, around 14 years old falls in love with her teacher(dont know the age) and they make together a baby. Here and then, the story jumps back to the past to see, how it turned out like all happened.

um...there is this anime that ive been searching for and its about these four or five kids who get a hold of these stones thing. its is magical stones that will let them inter the world of their dream. and the first kid that gets a hold of one of the stones is a girl. she meets this princess girl in a mirror. and the last thing i know of this anime is that the girl is in love with this one boy who goes to her school.............. i thank anyone who knows the name of this anime.....thank you.........
