In the sequence in the library in episode 9, the dark-haired girl, Himuro Asami, is played by the star of the current show Oniichan dakedo Ai Sae Areba Kankei nai. She is 15-year-old Kido Ibuki, an unknown who has really burst forth with a tremendous performance in that show.

Morohoshi Sumire, the 13-year-old star of this show (Ichigo), plays a character in that other show, too: Arisa, the youngest member of the group.

Anyway, another enjoyable episode.

Ep 10 killed me in many ways. First of all, the airhead level is over 9000 and I love airheads and klutzes. My favorite colour is orange, too, and it looks like Otome-chan will be a recurring character who is a very great addition. And just like other animes right now, they were able to fit in a Christmas theme nicely. That song was new and fresh and the stage looked fabulously fruity. Also, Johnny's English never fails to amuse me, "Good Job ore!!"

I look forward to next episode, more Otome-chan and more Ichigo stalker! Elsie would be proud of them (as in, be a huge fan).

Uuugh... when I saw this anime on the preview last year, I thought it seem kind of stupid and there was just too many of these idol anime as of late... then somehow two days ago I just decided to watch them all on a whim and... I think I'm addicted... CURSE YOU ALL!!!

And that also recently happened with Smile PreCure and Suite PreCure. There's just something really charming about them and it's really fun! WHEE!!

To bad this thread is not very active though...

Maybe because there's other more famous idol anime that gets the attention of members. IDOLM@STER, AKB0048 season 2, and the new Love Live! have threads that are more active.

Anyway, I heard that Aikatsu! will be 40+ or 50+ episodes? Not sure. So I guess this anime will be around the whole year. Thread has plenty of time to fill up with posts.

I've been watching Aikatsu and I've been enjoying it. Ichigo is cute and her I like her VA too. Ran so tsundere and I love her demon coaching ways.

I'll be watching the whole way through.
