What with keywords which seems like a pun on Strongest (最強)... "Worst Luck" (最凶)... (both are pronounced Saikyou, by the way)

the drawing itself looks Touma with extra more spiky hair but he really looks the same minus the bandages on the right hand. Touma use gloves.

My bad, there are apparently 2 series debuting in Jump soon.

Left side is the one by Matsui Yuusei, [Assassin Classroom].

Bottom right is [Takamagahara], the one with the Touma clone.

that's good, it's the first real Kamijou expy then (not counting the Nyan Koi look-alike). You should be glad, it's like a promotion for the Toaru Series.
