NO HENTAI OK? (aka MILD nudity is ok so long as it is NOT rampant)
u have been warned

just finished watching kampfer and would like to watch other series of then genre (i also watched kashimashi girl meets girl 2 days ago)
so im after a comedy and/or one where its a sudden and complete change by strange powers (like in kashimashi girl meets girl)
and if possible a bit of shojo-ai

no anime where history changes so the person has always been a girl (i watched one... cant remember its name i think the person turned out to be a girl anyway and never a boy but i didnt realy like it :/)
and no cross dressing

something like that...

forgot to add someone told me a bit ago about a series with some guy who keeps turning into a girl because hes an alien or something like that something change i think it is...

Cheeky Angel aka Tenshi na Konamaiki would be one, but it's premise may not suit your tastes. I enjoyed it though(like, 6 years ago lol).

Do parts of To-LOVE-ru (that may or may not only be in the manga; I haven't watched the anime) count...?

I'm drawing an epic blank here. Here's a TV Tropes article that covers what you're looking for, so you could peruse through that and figure it out. Really though, I had no idea half the things in that article existed, so I can hardly vouch for quality.

Big second for Ranma 1/2. It's really the defining anime in this category.
