We, a new Subgroup, are looking for a translator and an encoder for "Suzumi haruhi no yuuutsu/The Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi".
As an extra, the translator can choose a second project if he wants to ;DDD The Staff is pretty experienced, everyone has worked at least more than 2 years as a Fansubber. If you're interested then send a mail to Ratto@freenet.de or come in our channel #tsukikage on rizon. |

orz is looking for a group to joint with on any new season show. I'm able to provide all of the following quickly: translation check (if the translation is reasonably accurate, I don't want half of the lines being omfg wtf is this), timing, and encoding (H.264 or XviD).
PM me at shinga on Rizon or here if you're interested! |

Anime-Himitsu is still looking for people. Though, we have managed to fill in some o the positions. We mainly need a translator for our current projects:
Detective Academy Q: 34+ Happy Seven: Episodes 4-12 Akahori Gedou Hour Rabuge: Episodes 10-13 If a translator is looking for a group to do some random series, we would also be interested in helping out. We have a pretty solid team. =) Another typesetter would be nice as well, as we're lacking on that front. And if a timer is interested in joining a group, we're open to that as well. Come onto #anime-himitsu on irc.rizon.net and feel free to contact any of the ops. The group leader is ChibiBoi, and I currently go by the name "Koroku" Hope to see someone interested =) We'd love to be able to get some more stuff out, but with the lacking of staff, it's slightly hard to do so. =) ---------------------- In another matter, a new group is looking for someone interested in translating Saru Getchu (Ape Escape) or Nerima Daikon Brothers. Saru Getchu is a cute little series with no lyrics to translate. Nerima Daikon Brothers is quite the opposite, being a musical. However, for the majority of the series (save near the end) the lyrics are done at the bottom. If interested, feel free to contact me by PM here or on any Rizon. I'm Koroku. |

Hi there.
I don't know if anyone ever gets results from this thing, but I'll try...
Live-eviL Fansubs has recently had two translators go AWOL. This has led to the stalling of the following projects: Gallery Fake The Snow Queen Detective Academy Q We own the R2 DVDs for all of these shows and would like to continue subbing them at a decent speed. If anyone is willing to help on these or any other projects, please contact me here, on irc (#live-evil on irc.enterthegame.com), on our web forum (http://forum.live-evil.org), on AIM (Tofusensei), or email at Tofusensei@live-evil.org Thank you so much. -Tofu |

sars-fansubs translator recruitment (japanese dramas)
hi folks,
sars is once again looking to replenish the ranks and we need a few dedicated japanese to english translators... anything pertaining to fansubbing takes time out of your schedule, so please reply only if you believe you can at least spare the time to translate a complete series... of course we are aiming to find people who will stick around for a longer period of time and preferably not too picky about what they translate... we're a fun and friendly team to work with and we're looking forward to new members... so if your japanese skills are at least moderate to very good, please contact me on msn messenger or via hotmail under ironicwave@hotmail.com or check out the sars homepage... |
