... but it's a seperate series. Hasn't that been established already? It's like Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z. Here it's Naruto and Naruto Shippuden. TV Tokyo has already acknowledged the fact they're seperate, they've moved the original TV series website to http://www.tv-tokyo.co.jp/anime/naruto2002/. This was the same thing they did to Yu-Gi-Oh and Yu-Gi-Oh GX.

The height difference between Naruto of then and now is amazing! He is a lanky beast! Can't wait, fuuuuuuuuuuuuu! \o/

Well, I’m really interested in the small preview cardslash02 gave of this episode, specially how it started, as I have an Idea why it was done that way, And I think it was a good choice from the Anime team.

Man, It has been more than a year since the Anime team of Naruto really deserved some appreciation from the viewer.

Yes. I have only watched the part before the opening (which lasts around 9 mn) and it's great. Absolutely not what I expected though.

I said they changed the orders of a few things in the filler threads, but they were quite violent at that. Sasuke and Kyubbi are into the first minutes and it's not filler. Do I need to say more ?

BTW, I predict Sasuke fanboy/girlism will reach even new heights on this forum after this episode.

btw the way the first minutes are done, It really sets Uchiha Madara as the main villain of Shipuuden IMHO. (no Oro or Akatsuki here, only Kyubbi talking about him and the cursed Uchiha blood)

Actually, iirc, he made a brief appearance in that Anko filler arc...

Also, I want Hinata dammit. Judging by that one grainy picture, the anime made her look even better than the manga did...

Sorry for the off-topic, but :

The BGM seem all new to me.

Do you think there will be an OST 4 with the last missing tunes (I want Chouji flashback theme, the music used when the 3 sannins call their summons and that slow guitar and flute flashback theme. and not remixed damnit : Bunta anime >>> Bunta OST and Hinata vs Neji OST misses the intro) or will the next OST be for Shipuuden ?

It has been quite a while since the last OST was released. I hope those songs are not lost forever.

YaY Finally its back , I was so charged up about this ep I was actaully listening to Lets Fighting Love ( SouthPark ) , dont ask me the co-relation . After crappy Vday this cheered me up

Still in the process of downloading the episodes, but from the spoiler pictures, all I can say is, it is really great to see finally Naruto back on track too. I have really missed the characters in their original manga-based form. I hope the animation quality of the episodes won't let us down.
