Expect a gap at least 1.5 years between S3 and S4(If S3 really isn't the closure for the anime that is). So no, June is too soon.

it will really depend on how long the jupiter arc is. if the arc will be finished before May, s4 will surely air before 2014 ends (assuming s3 is not the last season).
