Or Kubo could just continue to steal whole cloth from DBZ and make it explicit that Shinigami come back stronger from grave injury. He certain seems to have established precedent with Ichigo himself (during the Grimmjow/Ulquiorra fights particularly), and there are a f**kton of half-dead captains, lieutenants, and Vaizard back in FKT just waiting to level up to Ichigo's new neighborhood. I guarantee that future character balance would be willing to sign on...

My thoughts on what will happen in chapter 420..
The first thing I imagined happening was Ichigo releasing his FGT (FINAL Getsuga Tensho) then it immediately goes into flashbacks, showing his training to get it.

As for what his FGT really will be, It's hard to tell. I would like to think it's not a regular brute force attack like the regular Getsuga, seeing as how Ichigo destroyed an entire mountain with one swing of his blade. What I really think it will be, is him transforming into the complete fusion of Zangetsu and his hollow form, as portrayed in the chapter where Ichigo was fighting with the kid form of Zangetsu. Whether or not this is his FGT, I believe undoubtably that Ichigo will take on this form eventually.

i predict:
FGT i figure will indeed be a lame brute force attack that will nearly kill aizen, aizen transform into his final form, whoops ichigo, ichigo gets resolve and goes bankai perfect vaizard form and teh wins.

it would be funny if kubo copies inuyasha and regular getsuga is just a cresent moon and final getsuga is a full moon, also he could copy even more and have final getsuga send/trap aizen in hell, then hell ark could start

I wonder if it's actually intentional that Aizen's ressurection form looks rather similar to Ichigo's or if it's just Kubo being lazy again. I'm sure it's intentional, so hopefully Kubo will clarify the whole Shinigami-Hollow hybrid concept for us...eventually...

Okay, lots of people are bashing Aizen's new form and yes it is ridiculous that Aizen is transforming yet again, but you know atleast this time the design looks rather cool and scary. I had a hard time taking condom-man seriously. Same for the Jesus-look-a-like. This is much better by comparison. Even the butterfly wings don't look so bad anymore...

His new looks are a total JRPG final boss ripoff mixed with...deadpool? (notably the scythe arm and the human wings from Koudelka). But yeah even so, tampax-Aizen was immensely crude to even be considered a character...

Oh, and has anyone mentioned the best thing about Ichigo's new power up? If this is how strong he is in Bankai now, maybe his Shikai won't be completely useless now. I bet he could beat some Espadas with just his Shikai now.
