Depending on how anal Canadian customs wants to be, I'll probably get my disk anywhere between 3 days to a week after 8/13. And then it'll be a couple of sleepless nights for me to power read through it. ^^; My biggest concern: will there be romance between Keiichi and (insert heroine name) after all!? (probably not) Quote:
Matsuribayashi (祭囃し, or 祭囃子) refers to the style of Japanese folk music played during traditional festivals. Literally, they're "musics that accompanies festivals". |

Like this! Rena and Keiichi are great too, until you consider their mental stability. Come on, you saw that roof scene. And they do that for fun. |

...the beginning was BRILLIANT, to steal kj's words. Absolutely top notch brilliant. I had suspected something of the sort to begin the last chapter, but the actual truth far exceeded what I had imagined, and made Minagoroshi much more cooler as well. Wow.
On the other hand, I can see the "puzzle" is going to give me nightmares ( ̄﹏ ̄) Sorry, Oyashiro-sama, but I'm going to give up for the time being and go to sleep... |

Only read the intro so far, but I gotta say some things needed too much of a suspension of disbelief.
Spoiler:
But not to sound too grumpy, the intro fleshed out You-Know-who into a much more believable villain. I also love how he had the tact of censoring all relevant part of the tortures. Goes to show that ero/gore scenes are only a gimmick. And the new tracks rocked. Especially that faster remix of that song-which-name-i-cant-remember. Last edited by Freakman; 2006-08-15 at 03:13. |

I see what you mean by the puzzle now, kj... this is going to hurt my head
Spoiler:
Besides that, the prologue was excellent. With a history like that, it's no wonder that the "fate" was unbreakable up to this point. But Hanyuu was totally cool in the end there. ^^ And all those beautiful music tracks~ |

Yes, Hanyuu shows more strength here than she did previously, and she's fully capable of being a part of the bukatsu.
Finished connecting all the pieces together, now onward to the main story of Matsuribayashi-hen. Akasaka kicks ass! |

I know this will be a spoiler, but does that scene happen in the game, or is it a fan piece? |
