I'm pretty sure Zwei is probably damaged beyond repair this time, but I doubt Ali is dead. Didn't look like it.

I didn't count how many GN-X were taken out, but more than 10 are gone.

I would say crippled, since haro was still in there. But i doubt they can fix it this time around, without proper equipment.
