Mikoto really doesn't have any power to make a difference when we look at the global scale (eg, all the assets Necessarius or Roman Catholic Church can bring up), so even if she sides with Touma she'll probably be curbstomped and neutralized into a non-factor. Index, well, I'm guessing Laura will use her remote to have John's Pen Mode to try and beat Touma with it.

I believe that the Styil, Sherry, Tatemyia must endure on a one-a-one only about 5 seconds.

and out of those several times he keeps trying to come up with ways to beat him (like in the movie where he used stones to try to crush him),
it would be really poetic if hes to beat Touma considering he was Touma's first enemy

I've personally always wanted to see Touma in a fight like this:

(just you know with magic or something added in) The closet we got was with thor but I for one would love to see some more street fighter mixed in with the magic deflecting.

Thinking about it, that could actually work, I mean If Touma did have to go against Index in some way shape or form (this is the series where bronii chan went against the dark side JUST for having to use his own means to save her from actually being killed by them after all) he'd have every reason to fight Touma at full power 120+.
