I'm kind of confused here after reading the spoilers and preview. Is every thing happening in the past? Or is it right after NT 10?

Its probably NT 10 Misaki reminiscent FBing to the past where she first met Touma.

i.e.: Misaki in the restaurant eating natural cheese hamburger in NT 10 version AC then transitioning to the past where Touma makes his pimp entrance with the pantsu moment. Touma triggers Misaki flag and Misaki route is open.

Given the wording in the prologue, I think Misaki Route is a bust >.< She trolls Touma but doesn't look like she's seriously contending to make him her one true love.

true, especially since we know she created her cliche in the future... but it doesn't mean its really cut off, its like Touma unlocked the Misaki route, but never followed thru or never got to since Index came a year later.

As for Misaka route, it was pretty much forced.

The main characters that love or shown to love Touma:
Index, Misaka sisters, Mikoto, Himegami, Fukiyose, Kanzaki, Itsuwa, Agnese, Orsola, maybe Oriana... but she might act like that to any male character as shown to his father, Touya... Lessar, Birdway probably see him as a brother, then every other character has their regular relationship with Touma... Othinus is more like brother and sister type of relationship since she can relate with Touma because the information from NT 9 and NT 10.

Actually... I need to thank you I went into depresive mode because my Second Ship in command migth have sunk thanks to the curse of the memories(I´m looking at you Miki), that´s right, she´s most likely not in love with him most like she respect him in every kind of way, she´s like Birdway, she has her role as one of the biggest supporters in the series, she can do more.

That´s when fanfics come into light to please the fans.

Pleasing fans is one thing, its another thing when if its actually fact in Kamachi's terms.

So in the end you'll still end up bitter and depressed cause its a figma of the imagination, fanfics that is, to satisfy one's biased ego.

if want to do comparison, Misaki is probably comparable to Fukiyose, Orsola, Oriana, idk if Himegami has big ones, but at least she got more than Mikoto.

1. Mikoto doesn't eats like Misaki or Index(and it seems to be working O.o). Add to that Kuroko speculated she might be unconsciously burning fat with her power.
2. Worst said her body had different chemicals that affected her growth lol.

Well, since everyone else is... I think the prologue suggests the exact opposite and is equivalent to a tragic love story. Of course, that love is one sided.
