Correction.

She was drawn in the Araki style of JoJo's Bizzare Adventure fame. Araki is known for his unique styling in a very retro shading style along with extremely exagerrated body proportions and poses along with a degree of gore.

His art is distinctive enough that technically there's probably at least one Araki-rendition for every single anime out there.

Really? Well colour me surprised. First thing that came to mind was X-Men and such, instead of manga/anime. His art is not very "traditional", is it?

Araki is about the only artist who can turn ugly into sexy, ridiculous into awesome and ambiguously gay into GAR manly.
Hell, someone even hosted a Araki-themed exposition in a art gallery, in Paris, back into 2003 or 2004.
