Ive seen pictures of caster with a cute/thinking face on, where she is chewing on a piece of liquorice or a wand (or something ), mainly in sigs and avas, any larger ones, and ones where caster has her full robes on and we can see her face?

It does. There's a french fantasy/comic illustrator named Moebius. (Or at least pen-named.) It didn't look like his work.
