Font issues

Right now, my sig is supposed to look like Kyubey from Puella Magi Madoka.

In IE and Firefox on my desktop, it looks just fine, as well as in IE on my laptop. However, the characters are overlapping on Firefox on the laptop.

My desktop is running Windows 7, and the laptop is running Vista. Any ideas on how to fix it?

I'm using Firefox and it looks just fine. Might want to reinstall firefox or just .. use Google Chrome. FF is too heavy to be used on a laptop anyway imo.

The specs of the laptop are fine (2.4GHZ Core 2 Duo, 4GB ram). Actually, just about the same as my desktop, except with a mobile Nvidia Quadro instead of a Radeon and and dual core instead of Quad.

Reinstalling Firefox didn't work. I'll try Chrome tomorrow.

Try going to Tools -> Options -> Content -> Fonts and Colors -> Advanced and make sure that the box that says "Allow web pages to choose their own fonts, instead of my selections above" is checked. Also make sure JavaScript is enabled, as many times CSS is used with JavaScript. CSS is used for controlling display. JavaScript can be used to control the behavior of CSS.

Make sure the font size is default or Resetting minimum font size to "none"
To change the text size of web pages, do any of the following
Firefox 2 and below: View -> Text Size -> Increase / Normal / Decrease
Firefox 3: View > Zoom -> Zoom In / Zoom Out / Reset / Zoom Text Only

p.s google chrome FTW
