I can imagine when Ura Moka wants to confess it could be a comedic chapter like she is running around with the belmont looking for Tsukune and ends up in the boys locker room and other sticky situations. A diffrent example would be she ends up in gins room in only her bra and panties. But that seems more like the anime then the manga.

Well, we all know Moka is a closet perv, her reaction to Tsukune going "Lets do it," back in season 1 was an indicator of her REAL thoughts on what he might have meant. Ura just has the haughty thing going for her, but she too has that perverse streak in her as well, and unlike Omote, she seems that she'd freely admit being a bit of a perv herself if asked directly. She IS a healthy teenager as well, you know.

I bet the whole reason Ura showed up in Tsukune's dream was not just their blood syncing together, but I bet Ura was "doing" something to induce that dream. Though there are several ways to do that, I'm kind of betting that while she was getting ready for the date, or shortly before it, knowing Tsukune was still asleep, she decided to play a little trick on him.... by master-bate-ing before hand and sending those sensations into Tsukune's dream world, and making sure it was her he saw, and not Omote, and giving him that little piece of info of her real intentions.

They should'nt do anything, about the kissing scene, because of why they kissed, but they should'nt change anything, thad be 2 whole pages of change, thats a pretty big change to.

If Viz did not censor a gay kissing scene in Hana-Kimi or Saske and Naruto Kissing they probably won't do anything about that scene besides their headquarters is in san francisco.

I'm really quite surprised nobody has capitalized on that scenario yet. It's an excellent start to use for a fic or doujin. Though if Tsukune were able to say something, I would hope that it was along the lines of: "Let me have your heart and you can have the rest of me, body, heart, and soul, if you desire." That would be and awesome thing for him to say, and I bet that would make real world Moka blush a bit.

Guess it did, didn't it? Well if said by Tsukune, that would make some of those even more interesting. Ruby would just melt hearing Tsukune tease like that. Moka would probably be just a bit more resistant, but some of those could still get a blush out of her. But god help him if Yukari tried some of Lilith's lines on him, especially the last bunch of those quotes.
