Dog Days was quite enjoyable and entertaining for some reason.. Rarely is there an anime out there that has characters which all are likeable.

Agreed ... although for me the show was all Yui Horie. The other characters were plenty likable but Yui Horie was excellent in this one.

I am also hopeful for the anime series ... the flash version was odd but ok - enough to whet my appetite to see what could be done with a series proper. I hope it is done well!

Since the character designer (http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/ency...e.php?id=37459) from K-on and Lucky Star is the illustrator for the LN and manga, lots of people looked at the PV and assumed it was KyoAni. I posted ITT about one of those rumors back in Feb, but they turned out to be unconfirmable (I couldn't even confirm there was an anime adaptation, although that's confirmed now).

According to http://ebten.jp/p/7015010112603/, the voice actors for the drama CDs were:
Mizushima Takahiro (Rolo from Geass)
Toyosaki Aki (Yui from K-on)
Sawashiro Miyuki (Kanbaru from Bakemono)
Kanemoto Hisako (Ika Musume)
Terashima Takuma (Tandoji from Sacred 7)
