Spoiler:
Well, that depends on how you would define "masters". However the Tsukiyomi seems to be the ultimate Genjutsu technique. We have also seen Itachi using other genjutsu techniques, and also a genjutsu counter. However, he's the only uchiha we ever has seen using a Genjutsu, I believe. The Uchiha seem to specialize more on Katon techniques then anything else. But I think that the short answer to your question would be "no". |

Somewhat unknown. There is no definitive evidence that shows that one Bijuu is significantly more powerful than the other Bijuu. There is some great speculative evidence (Kyuubi needing a stronger seal than Shuukaku, etc), but nothing truly definitive yet.

i have a question about elemental affinity:
I perceived elemental affinity as being an element that one is more geared towards, i.e. it's easier for the person to use and/or learn to use. Looking at Kakashi, his affinity is lightning yet we've seen him perform water and earth jutsu before. This leads me to believe that though you have an affinity for something, it does not mean it is the only element you can use. This leads me to my question of why people like Fuuka (i know it was anime filler but still..) and Kakuzu (and others that i won't mention due to manga spoilers) are given praise for being able to "use all five elements!" Sure it may have been hard to learn or master but it's not like a bloodline; everyone has the potential to do it right?

Fuuka and Kakuzu are special because they found a way to steal another person's affinity, which in turn means it is very easy for them to use all elements with little need for training (i.e. they do not have to train to use an element, they simply rely on the stolen affinity to help them). That being said, everyone seemingly has the potential to learn all 5 elements (at least no one has said that it is impossible to learn all 5), but it would undoubtedly take a great deal of work. |
