Anyone else thinks of RKB Season 2? Would that be a spin-off set two years after Season 1 so the new five girls from the LNs will be included in the lineup?

I'm just saying, it's June now and the NBA Finals is almost underway (we'll just have to wait for Game 7 of the ECF). After that, not much basketball talk, so it's high time to show another basketball story, just like during the previous lock-out.

Age-wise, not really. In terms of body type (small, child-like and underdeveloped), all the more.

Airi is the exception to the rule. She's as old as the other girls, but is much taller and well-endowed, hardly would you could call child-like.

As I am BAD at writing website language, I fear that someone else will have to "cover and sponsor" that tournament.

The team I am "coaching" will be:

Comprising of the mature, tall and sexy yet cute and sweet girls of the last decade of anime.

The starting Lineup of the Gentle Giants is:

Kashii Airi (Ro Kyu Bu) = Center/Captain
Sakaki-San (Azumanga Daioh) = Power Forward
Kanzaki Kaori (To Aru Majutsu No Index) = Forward
Lynette Bishop (Strike Witches) = Point Guard
Satellizer El Bridget (Freezing) = Guard

I prefer to build teams around a certain title rather than build one based on similar traits. Say, I usually build all-Railgun or all-Baka Test teams but not teams of Gentle Giants or Ojou-type girls.

That said, I think we should make another thread because we would be swaying off the topic if we continue here.

Sentai Filmworks Relinquishes Ro-Kyu-Bu! Home Video Rights

Apparently, the production committee doesn't want this show to be sold in non-Asian countries anymore. I wonder why.

Note that (strangely enough), it only goes for home video releases, and that Sentai still has streaming rights and stuff like that.

But in all seriousness, RKB has its own share of controversies in and out of Japan. After all, a lot of people quit RKB after seeing just one episode of loli fanservice. EVEN IF THE SHOW IS NOT ALL ABOUT THAT.
