It looks pretty good. I wonder when they plan to release it, won't be getting a PS4 anytime soon.
And I'm got a feeling some of the moves/mechanics from Omega will be making their way into SF5 (Ryu's taunt with aura around him reminds me of one of the moves he has in Omega). |

Gameplay video, man looks pretty sick. I think it has guard break at around 55.
And as I mentioned before, Denjin Hadokuen at least means it is around SF3 timeline and from what I heard it is before 3. And oh yeah, on ground combos, that is interesting. Oh man, cross platform, that is fing sick.

Really liking the improvement of Ryu's character model.... such a big jump over his SFIV version which was pretty shit to be honest... but a lot of the first characters in IV were pretty lacking... they got much better @ designer the characters as they went a long.
Hair is more old school SF3/CVS style, face isn't as square jawed, actually has modeled muscles instead of a flat texture, his arms and pecs look much better for it, more detailed costumeetc Also like the changes to Chun Dem thighs, even bigger and her qipao shows off even more than before. Quote:
Anyway you notice with Ryu's model they are trying to make it more SF3 like, got his SF3 haircut instead of that crap he had in IV, character doesn't look as goofy as IVs version as well. A lot of his normals are more SF3 like as well, like his jumpin hk and his sweep sweep is cancel able as well, guard break, they've increased the juggle limit, chun even had an attack that hit on the ground. stage transitions as well, at least i hope it was since increasing the size of a stage in the middle of the fight is kinda.... eh... imagine fighting some runaway akuma in SFIV and you corner him and knock him through a door... and now has an extra 50% of the stage to run away in.... That trailer is awesome. I really want a PS4 now for this game along with Batman Arkham Knight, The Order, and Final Fantasy XV that will eventually drop.
Are the future versions of Street Fighter V going to be Sony exclusives as well?

I hope they go back to their SFxTK netcode, now they have enough ram to make sure it works.....
Even if it wasn't most of the playerbase will be on the PS4/PC version anyway... even if Xbox Done got a version they wouldn't allow crossplay to PC because the PS4 userbase is in that pool. |

My experience with 3 is limited so I can't really tell. The consensus seems to be that the gameplay is similar to SFxT. Dude, imagine extended stage for grapplers lol, just zone them out with fireball all day. I hope they avoid that version crap in this one.
