As for this...I've heard it's part of the Nasu-verse, so I'll probably watch it, and it looks pretty interesting .

It's part of the Tsukihime universe. If I recall correctly, it follows Aoko Aozaki (Tohno Shiki's sensei and Touko Aozaki's sister).

It is sort of prequel to both Tsukihime and Kara no Kyoukai as it follows Aozaki sisters and a couople of new characters during their studying time in the school of magic.

Do note that Kara no Kyoukai is in the Fate universe, so while the events probably happen in both, there's no guarantee.

Haruka Tomatsu is playing her in the Tsukihime remake so I wonder if she'll come back for this ?

All 3 are technically in the same universe. Though, there are more relations between KnK and Tsukihime IMHO.

No, Nasu has specifically said that Tsukhime and Fate are separate universes. And Kara no Kyoukai is 100% in the Fate universe, as seen in the recent Waver Case Files/Adventure series.

Nasu also specifically said before that KnK is in alternate universe to all other Nasuverse. You know, considering the whole branching and small inconsistencies, it is hard to say which titles are related for real and which are not.

And using Case Files as a reference is odd as it has characters from all over the TM works including FGO.

They announced the voice cast for the console version of the game recently, no reason for the anime to change so I'm posting it here:
