oh actually i've seen that anime but I didn't recognize it in the gif. Hmmm that's so weird.
I dropped after 2 eps because I can tell that the rest of the eps will be like the 2eps which I didn't find that interesting so there's probably no point. The fanesrvice turned me off, the shaft shit was too much, and i didn't like either of the characters and I did not like the voice actors that they chose for the characters. Well maybe I'll go watch a clip to see what kinda character she is... since you said she's popular

Well thanks for satisfying my curiosity nonetheless.

Hunter X Hunter - Greed Island Final

I don't know if it is in the manga, but I would guess that it is.

Looks like the Pokemon manga to me. She has an oddish on her head in the first pic and is holding a pokeball in the second.
