- Bandai says they've listened to fan feedback regarding Infinity Moment and are using that to improve Hollow Fragment's system.

- There will be co-op.

- There will be more romance elements in the game, such as letting Kirito hold hands with the game's heroines. Which pretty much confirms that Asuna won't be the sole heroine coming back.

- Bandai's considering a save data transfer feature in the game that connects to Infinity Moment. I assume that means transferring your gear from Infinity Moment and maybe effecting the plot depending on which heroine's ending you got?

For one thing, there's a 'Burst' gauge that wasn't in IM. Not sure what it does. There's probably some fixes on the sword skills and the switching.
There's also a multiplay where you seem to control a different character other than Kirito.
And as mentioned above, you can interact more with your heroine party member, such as carrying her and holding hands. You could only talk to her in IM.
The first-person view on 01:38 of PV2 is also a new feature.

...What i mean was, the burst gauge page was up there since like october on that site. But at early December, they said the page is updated (not today's update), but I can't figure out how the page is updated compare to October's version...

In fact the mobile phone game Sword Art Online End World had already released in Feb 2013....Recently they just announced that there are more than 700,000 registered player.

and, as of 2013-12-15, the frontline is 65/F according to game's wiki and the game official is currently opening new floor per month. (Reduced from 3 Floor/month some time ago)
