A few new things occurred to me:
Yuuki seems to have the best timing in the world....or he was waiting in the room for Gunpla drama The more I look at the GN-9999 Transient, the more it seems like a Quanta/Exia hybrid, but extremely stylized and modified. The choice of a lance for a primary weapon is interesting too, and it actually reminds me of the Ghiraga from AGE in its use for melee and as a control point for energy remote weapons, the first seen outside of AGE SUGITA? Was that his name? Anyways I wonder what MA he/his team uses? The meijins are headed for the Osaka finals right? Isnt that the one Minata is going to be in? Provided of course the other team let him join |

The SUGITA actually refers to the character's voice actor Tomokazu Sugita, who's known to be a big Gundam fan who for some reason has never gotten the chance to show up in a Gundam show until now, despite all his fellow colleagues doing so.
Or the skill level for Gunpla Battle as a whole has gone up to such levels as to make the level of the 7th GBWC seem weaker in comparison. The stuff we see the National-level fighters doing here in Try are the kind of stuff we only see in the World Championships in GBF.

Of course, first GBF skip the national and just throw six strongest battler of the Japan into the fray.
I think the point of GBFT is to prove that no, the nationals are not scrubs, each one has potential to be world level (like Sazaki) ...with exception of White Jobber

Sekai, as he is now, could one-shot that huge Arista Crystal and Super A Baoa Qu, in the first season. EDIT: I just noticed, Transient Gundam has yet to use Trans-Am. |

Gunpla technology steadily improving, the stuff Bandai can shit out of their factory in five years always been mindboggling to people in the past.
The seven years that passed between GBWC7 and 13, of course there's more room to improve. That said yeah, the final episode will be so cash.

Meijin being meijin. Pick up girl with his red motorcycle instead of red ferrari.
I'm surprised that Shia didn't broke Sekai's gundam to half for shit and giggle. And it is really silly when Kijima threw his weapon for fist fight. The show basically told you that mastering melee combat is the KING here because your opponents will throw their weapon for you. Sekai X Shia is the new ship here, although Shia being girl name is simply weird. |

Anyway, so much pointless jibbering this episode and the breaking of the fake moon was dumb, but Qan T Tekkaman made up for it. |

Fumina Q&A moment is hilarious even Yuuma now can relate that feeling with Ral. LOL.
Never thought it will be an awesome fight between Burning Gundam and Tekkaman Blade. Wilfrid aims to be the next Meijin, even trained by Julian. Looking at Tatsuya skill in both GBF and GBFT, he chose to throw his weapon is not weird. It's like he's trying to prove that he is 'master of skills' like how Tatsuya have no problem with any weapons available. Build Burning last attack even force the field system to change setting. LOL. The moment when the phoenix appears, the moon cracked and Build Burning arms destroyed-- good thing it's still in damage level C. I'm really not sure if they're weaker compare to GBF; Adou and Wilfrid skill already put clear difference for seven years time skip. I wonder how strong world-level fighters now. Adou is replaced by Suga in previous championship caused by his injury. Looking at how both Adou and Wilfrid recognize Jigen Haoh, seems like Junya is the 'culprit'. I want to see a team consists them, but with Shia joining as the third fighter, the chance seems smaller. Looking close, Shia uniform is similar to Celestial Being uniform in 00 2nd Season. Maybe to fit theme with Wilfrid who use a heavily customized Gunpla based on 00 units. |

A great episode. The comedy was great, especially the Fumina faces, the battle was well made and the Transient Gundam looks fantastic.
I wonder what type of reaction will we get from Fumina if the one with Jigen Haoh Ryuu is Shia , well not that it'll happen. |
