It appears that even after installing Windows Installer 4.5 (x64), my Installshield setup won't display another language, instead it gives me Error 1155.

Nevermind, I fixed it.

Vista settings aren't the same as XP. I had to modify the Regional and Language settings on a fourth tab which doesn't exist in XP which is to change the way it displays Unicodes. Everything now works fine.
