I read the description, from what I understand he just put this random object up [that would cost him nothing] so people can bid and give him money to purchuse an Ipod Mini. It's just for generous people who are willing to donate a few bucks to some guy.

To my knowledge there are no laws against selling promissory notes for souls. You would be either a fool or an eccentric to buy one, but you wouldn't be breaking any laws. On the other hand a lot of countries have laws against the selling of organs.

Oh there have been far worse things sold on ebay than souls. Was gonna post some of the more disgusting stuff I've seen on there but instead i'll post a link to this poor fellow.
