Djibril would be more like Jamitov Hymam from Zeta Gundam and Atlantic Federation/Phantom Pain/Logos/Blue Cosmos is more based on the Titans from Zeta Gundam, Vist Foundation from Gundam Unicorn and Neo Hong Kong from G Gundam but they do share half of Romefeller due to the way they move but their principles and philosophy are polar opposite. The only one I can imagine being like Romefeller Foundation would be Alejandro Corner's Faction from Gundam 00.
