For some reason on my computer it takes forever to load until every picture loads up and I'm sure others have the same problem. What should I do to make it stop? Canceling it durning the loading of the page gets rid of some of the page! It's the same speed no matter what:

1. How many posts are on the page.
2. How small the page itself is (even at the lowest amount of posts per page and this includesnew topics with one post.)
3. On which bored style I use.

How can this be prevented without getting a faster computer? The iMac I use loads up at 5 kilobytes per second!

you could turn off images, avatars, and signatures. That might help facilitate a faster load speed.

Is this a new problem? If so, that happened to me a few days ago because of a virus.

it may be that it is loaded images that are in say... spoiler tags...

or there are just alot of images.

other than that i am no help to you.
