I have actually more "moe" effect than loli impressions to be honest.
Inoue certainly used a lot more curves than she ever used for Komari and Haruka in LB, yet it isn't nothing "loli" comparable to Ayu, etc... well, that art alone isn't enough I guess.

Girl C has a lot of Minagi Tohno vibes, except with a complete different expression, obviously ^^"

Minagi Tohno is the third heroine of Air (the kuudere!), who is often with Michiru.

Main heroine - Kanbe Kotori. Skilled at gardening and has the ability to sense supernatural things.
She's small, but always full of energy and almost like a small animal. She's been with Kotarou since long ago so doesn't really have any friends other than him, but she's a great friend to him. Think of Nayuki from Kanon.

Senri Akane (the girl with the blue ribbon)
Kotarou's senior, head of the occult research society. She's mysterious to the degree people gossip about her as the 'School Witch'.
While she's more arrogant than Kotarou on the surface, she seems to have another side to her personality. Seems to have a much plainer personality with close friends/family.

Ootori Chihaya (the girl with the blazer uniform)
Suddenly transfers into Kotarou's school, and is a 'power fighter' (lolwhat) who can't honestly show her feelings. Has led quite a sheltered life and doesn't know much about the world. She's also pretty clumsy. She's constantly arguing with Kotarou, but is that because she genuinely hates him or she loves him really? Think of Makoto from Kanon.

Protagonist - Tennouuji Kotarou
Quite a frivolous, arrogant person. Though he's not fully conscious of it he's quite a meddler, and because he has a habit of poking his neck into things he tends to get drawn into incidents quite easily.

Setting - Kazamatsuri City
City full of trees and greenery.
Strange city that while it appears to be rural has plenty of city elements as well.

- Main story is school romance, and depending on the character the atmosphere will change.
- The setting is intended to be somewhere between the present and the near future, and there are fantasy elements.
- There'll be 2 male characters other than the protagonist, and characters that are quite important depending on the scenario are also planned.
- The scale of the scenario is going to be smaller than Clannad... they're aiming for something closer to Air's, though with the addition of more school scenes... they're not aiming for much bigger than Little Busters, though.
- It'll definitely be voiced.
- They're still considering whether it'll have ero or not.
- It's about 10% complete.

Eh, that's what it says. It doesn't really suggest they're even trying to be original with the character designs when they're referring to characters from previous works like that though. Then again, it's Key, was anyone really expecting original characters?

I think Nayuki is indeed within the "genki" spectrum, as she is often cheerful.
Only thing is that... she is nowhere near of a "hyperactive" type, let alone small animal.

From what it sounds like, I still have no impression they'll add any more heroines into the story. The protagonist already sounds like an asshole though...
