No... It's the translator giving you written warning that there may be errors in his work and no excuse to complain should you find anything wrong with his work. He's stating that he would appreciate constructive criticism over mindless bitching.

Yeah jokes are always good, it brings a sense of community to the group and its leechers kinda. And its better than the leecher encoder relationship where encoder encodes leecher just downloads not even know how much work is neccesary to encode things.

fansubbers/encoders are in no way egotistic. I talk to many encoders on irc on a daily basis and they all are smart and the most down to earth people i know.
