Anime De Training! Ex Exercise Anime Gets 2nd Season, Adds Eri Suzuki to Cast

The official website for the Anime De Training! Ex (Ani Tore! EX) television anime shorts announced on Friday that a second season titled Ani Tore!! XX: Hitotsu Yane no Shita de (Ani Tore! XX for short) has been greenlit. The anime will premiere on October 5 on Tokyo MX and Sun TV.

The new season will feature the return of the five main cast members, and will add Eri Suzuki (Amanchu!'s Pikari, Flying Witch's Chinatsu) as "selfish but lonely" new character Sakura.

The first season follows five young women who are aiming to become idols as they do different exercise routines such as push-ups, situps, dance, yoga, stretching, Tai Chi, and more.

The first season premiered on Tokyo MX TV, Sun TV, and Niconico on October 12. Crunchyroll streamed the series as it aired.

Not bad for its length, as always. Minor fun seeing Eri get all tsuntsun over "us" checking out her best asset. And once again we've got that unmistakable "finish" face. I wonder what sort of extra stuff they're going to put on the BD this time around.

New episode was... less than subtle. Sadly that's a fair approximation of this season. Before, there were a few ends that looked erotic while many just had cute "Finished!" cheers. This one though, every last time a girl finishes her exercises it's downright orgasmic. I hope they tone it down a bit when they finally bring in the little one with the stuffed animal. I really don't want to see her have that kind of fun.
