I'd say my favorite is Hitsugaya Toushiro! So cute! And he always is so mature and serious and it's just funny seeing it coming from this kid who is probably shorter than me. A colse second would be Urahara Kisuke because... he's hot, especailly when he's wearing normal clothing *drools*.

Kyouraku Shunsui, the fact that he has visible chest hair is reason enough to vote for him.
He has also mastered the most important leadership skill, delegation. Take care of Nanao-chan, delegate paperwork to Nanao-chan, have time to sit back and think at the strategic level. Unlike Hitsugaya who shows no love to Matsumoto and thus has to do more paperwork than he should be doing.

My favorites are kenpachi and toushiro and tousan

kenpachi because he doesn't give a F*** about anything and he is insanely powerfull. just think of what would happen if he released his sword.

I like toushiro cause he acts cool, reminds me of Gohan SS2, and has white hair, like him i am only 17 and i am getting a lot of white hair

the only reason i like tousan is because he is black, the only black guy there. it was really sad to find out that he was on aizen's side, I don't get his logic

truth is in the end all the captains are badass

No matter how much kindness Hitsugaya shows to Matsumoto, I think she'd be useless with the paperwork. Quick quiz: If you want someone to do paperwork, do you choose the librarian or the party girl? Yep, I'd choose Nano-chan also. Encouraging bureaucratic ability from Matsumoto is like squeezing blood from a stone.

My favorite is Soi Fon but Zaraki and Toushiro are close 2nds. The reason I put Soi Fon above them is cause she is a chick and a badass killa. That turns me on.
