Abel's new Ultra is pretty badass, i like the fact that you can hold it and then release it whenever you want. I'm probably most impressed with Rose's 2nd Ultra though, the potential and possibilities are almost endless imo (not to mention the versatility of it too!). Ryu's Metsu Shoryuken gets some nice style points, i like how the whole background goes white when you land it

That's no biggie for me. I'll just wait. I'm pretty sure Capcom will come out with a PC port sooner or later. Street Fighter IV 3v3 National Tournament was today.

1st: Momochi (Akuma), RF (Sagat), Kindevu (Rufus)
2nd: MDR (Rufus), Pamyu (Boxer), Hisshou (Sagat)
3rd: Mago (Sagat), Tokido (Akuma), Akimo (Honda)
4th: Eita (Akuma), Rikuson (Sagat), Maeda Taison (Boxer)

Super Street Fighter IV also got confirmed for an arcade release, like their was ever any doubt. Expect PC version to be announced a few months after console release as well, probably similar timeframe to SFIV console and PC.

EDIT - update on my lol predictions, i'll make one more lol prediction after this leaks out on 360.

A+ - Chun Li, Cody, Ryu, Ibuki, Rufus, Boxer

Akuma hardly got nerfed, its kinda stupid the shit dudley has, chun li has the best normals and she just got an ultra (poor dmg but still) that links off so much shit. Cody looks, really, really solid, seems to have all the tools.

Ibuki looks very promising.. i would not be surprised if the japanese get her to s tier within 6-8 months time... ryu got nerfed but is still really good while boxer and rufus are pretty much the same, some of their harder matchups are now easier.

Sagat is an interesting one... depends on how good angry scar is.. will be interesting to see what the legion of Japanese Sagat players do..

I'm really glad to find a Street Fighter IV thread here. I'm getting hyped for Super.

I'm not the best player since I just started a few months ago and just recently got a stick, but for those of you with PS3's feel free to hit me up. PSN: Janoosen.

I can't help but feel a little doubt about the PC release for Super though, while it was one of the most sold PC games last year it was also the most pirated game, according to recent research. So Ono has expressed uncertainty about making a PC version.

But I think they'll pull through with it anyway, at least where there's money to make.

News for Capcom fan:

Confirming the latest rumors & speculations, Planet Xbox 360 claims that Capcom has unveiled Marvel VS Capcom 3 at the Capcom Captivate press event in Hawaii... and it is a bit late for an April Fools joke. If MVC3 really is in development, the following may (or may not) also be true:

- MVC3 will be announced very soon, with a possible trailer and/or screenshots to appear within the next week or two.
- It will be a disc-based release.
- The rumored release date is late 2010 or early 2011 on the PlayStation 3 & Xbox 360.
- Confirmed characters so far: Wolverine, Spider-Man, The Hulk, Magneto & Storm.
- The development team said they will be blowing fans out of the water with the sheer number of characters this game includes on the disc.
- It will be a 2D fighter in terms of gameplay, but will look like a cross between Marvel VS Capcom 2 and Street Fighter 4.
- High definition graphics up to 1080p.
- There will be unlockables.
- MVC3 will be playable at this year's E3 which is held on June 15 - 17th.

If its true lets hope its balanced. Playing the same teams in MvC2 is boring.

I'm maining Adon. He was my main in the Alpha series. He is looking solid and I just saw an combo that he can do one of the instant overhead jump attacks and following that up with an JK, crouching lp or lk, DP into Ultra. And his overhead seems to be good.

I main Cammy but her lack of an overhead and her holligan not grabbing crouching opponents is weird since its always had that vital function. (Also I did an EX hooligan and I got grab out of that against Guile's air grab ). That wasn't changed and I've heard her counter ultra isn't that good. I'm switching to Adon no doubt about it. Playing against someone with an great defense and good at teching throws is not fun since against Cammy you just need to block low and Cammy got no footies which is an huge part of my SF game since SF2. As well as the overall DP damage being lower hurts Cammy alot. She be my 3rd main though.

I'm going to use Guy as my 2nd. I heard he isn't good but he fits my style of gameplay.

I'll probably main Juri with Ibuki as secondary. I don't think I'll be using my old mains from SF4 vanilla, Fuerte and Dhalsim, this time. I'm interested in Adon, Dudley, and Makoto as well. Basically, the characters I've used in Alpha and 3S.
