Many thanks. Though I did think that Mio would have quite some arm strength from all the bashing-Ritsu-on-the-head...

Is Mugi's Keyboard a

Korg Triton Extreme 88-Key or a Korg Triton Extreme 76-Key

I would think with her money and skill at least a 88-key (being more expensive) nothing less from that model

I cant find out for sure because some people say 76 and others say 88, I have no clue!

It's the 76 keys. I believe it's officially specified.
Besides, we can see that from the lyrics of "Dear My Keys", right?

It's not clear, but based from this page:

Quote:
In 1958, Gibson updated the Les Paul yet again. the new model retained most of the specifications of the '57 Goldtop, including PAF humbucker pickups, maple top, tune-o-matic bridge with a stop tailpiece or Bigsby vibrato tailpiece) . The most significant change in the new models was the finish. the Goldtop color used since 1952, was replaced by the Sunburst finish already being used on Gibson's archtop acoustic and hollow electric guitars such as the J-45 model. To differentiate from the earlier Goldtop model, the new Les Paul was referred to as The Les Paul Standard. Original production of the standards lasted from 1958 to 1960. Only 1,700 of these early models were made and have subsequently become highly collectible. Original production ended when, in 1961, Gibson redesigned the Les Paul to feature a "double cutaway" body which has subsequently become the Gibson SG. However due to high demand, Gibson resumed production of Les Paul Standards in 1968. Today, the Gibson Les Paul Standard has BurstBucker pickups on the Vintage Original Spec models and Burstbucker Pro on the lower end models bearing the 'Standard' name.
I assume that the ones produced from 1968 were the same model as the ones produced in 1958-1960 since the article didn't mention any hardware changes.

And because K-ON! debuted in 2007, I think it's safe to say that Yui's guitar is the original model, not the newer 2008 one

EDIT: after re-reading it again, there might be a minor hardware changes after all.. (the pickups). I also remembered Sawako mentioned "Humbucker" when she tried out Yui's guitar, so it might be the first original model after all.

Sorry if I got it wrong ^^; I don't know much about guitars XD

well all Gibson Les Paul's come with a Humbucker Pickups, I know its not the 2008 because the anime started in like 2007, I'm gassing its a 1960 or 1968, Its kinda weird how it cost's ONLY $2500 plus its imported form America so it should be more. I like the 2008 Gibson which comes with Gibson BurstBucker Pro Humbucker Pickup (and new hardware). The 2008 Gibson has become one of the newest standard Les Paul (cost's $3,899) aside from the 2010 one which has robot tec and is like ($6000)

I always liked this fact, no drama of boyfriends and whatnot. No repeats of School Days, that was way to dark, but then again shows like Clannad pulled it off perfectly.
But still, I think K-on is fine the way it is. How will college work? I don't think there is any girl only colleges (at least in the USA) but correct me if I'm wrong. I don't think introducing a male character or two wouldn't be bad, but don't make it romantic, please KyoAni.

Did you watch K-On!! all the way to the end? They made it pretty clear the girls will be going to an all-girls college.

There are quite a number of all-girls colleges, both in Japan and still in the US.
Examples:
USA - http://www.womenscolleges.org/colleges/byname
Japan - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of...leges_in_Japan

As you can see... there's an armful.
And the manga and anime both explicitly state that all 4 of the seniors are attending an all-girl's college that caught Mugi's eye early in the process.

Storywise and dramatically... I think it'd be *interesting* to follow the gang as they grow up, enter relationships, and how that might impact their musical aspirations. But there's too much of a component of otaku fantasyland in the readership for this route to be likely.
Frankly, I'd be happy just to see the sequence of series end with them getting a professional contract and fade out on the peak of their careers. Of course, I'd also like a Rock Band package of their characters and their tunes but I don't see any flying pigs around.

Most of all, you have to be disciplined and you have to save, even if you hate our current financial system. Because if you don't save, then you're guaranteed to end up with nothing.

I'd say the year's 2007. It can't be a vintage guitar assuming that the price of the guitar in the show is true to its model. o_o

Unless you can find a 2007 Les Paul Standard, the closest you can get to one is today's Les Paul Traditional. In 2008, Gibson pretty much overhauled the Les Paul Standard by chambering its body. (Carving out the wood inside) The design of the old Les Paul Standard (2007 and previous years) then became the Les Paul Traditional.

Well... I'm not 100% sure with that. XD
