do you guys think it is OK to skip volume 8 until it is fully translated? Or are there some major things in it that are a "must know" and need to be read

in 8 the only important thing is the last 2 chapters ( at least that's what someone said like 30 pages ago :S )

The only part that hasn't been translated in vol.8 mostly is just comedy. Just read the part that has been fully translated and continue to the next volume.

@ser4, you could skip the 1st 2 chap that is still in the process of being translated and continue reading the rest.

I have already skipped the whole volume and read further. If you are interested in knowing the relation between Alec, Alice and the witch, then read the last 3 chapters. Or else skip it

the first 2 chapters is regarding Godou and his cousin. chapter 3 is all about Salvatorre Doni. Chapter 4 is about prince Alec, Alice and Lucretia. Chapter 5 is about Godou's part time jobs. Chapter 6 is about Godou's fetish towards maids.

There was a summary of Vol.12 not too long ago.

Vol.12 starts in the middle of events, later in the LN it's explained what led to them acting out of character.

That is my exact reaction when I heard of this volume. Because there are alot of trolls in this site. So it hard to believe anymore especially the story of this volume

This volume is in the past when Godou had just became a Campione. For correct order of the volumes incidents, you will have to go through on BT forums.

You're thinking of Vol.11.
He became a campione in spring, as someone said earlier Vol.12 has a Christmas theme. Just a quick look at the illustrations you can see he's already surrounded by the usual girls.
