67 chapters alter... it was really getting out of control for the past couple of chapters, i was like... this guy is really thick headed... geez man! but he finally admitted it. but we'll have to wait and see what happens next. but what broke my heart was the idea of honey and mori senpai leaving... doesnt that mean the end of the club... what's a host club without the silent type and lolicon?

I think Hatori-sensei is ready to end the series. Although it pains me as an Ouran fan, I do wish for her to return to her Millennium Snow.

yeah it is said... even though the manga isnt released regularly but when the new chapters are released, it really does make my day.

was millennium snow any good?

Big d'awww. All the host club members wanted Tamaki to see how much they want to stick together and be one big, happy family. They made him realize that he should be honest with his feelings and shouldn't cut himself off from the rest of them.

Then Tamaki calls Hikaru. I'm having a little trouble understanding this part, but apparently he has full confidence in his feelings for Haruhi, and knows now that he's loved her all along. About time goddammit.

Anyway, I'm with yezhanquan: I feel like Ouran is finally winding down. While I'm omgsohappy with the way things are going, I can't help but feel a little sad. It's one of my all-time favorite manga, and when it ends (whenever that may be), I'll miss it like nothing else. I've loved Ouran from the get-go, and I love it even more now, so it's going to be bittersweet for me when the ride's over. Wondering what I'll read to fill the void is not fun to think about. ;<

I'm also hoping Hatori goes back to Millennium Snow, though. I'd like to see the series finished, and with this experience, she can definitely do a lot with MS. At any rate, I can't wait to see what she does next.

I actually don't have a problem with these recent chapters, since things are really moving along I'm finally seeing what I want out of Tamaki: some character development and finally the realization that he's so been in love with Haruhi from Day 1. These past few chapters have been really sweet, and I've enjoyed them immensely. The only downer for me is that I know that in the back of my mind it's going to end soon. But all good things come to an end, and frankly I'd rather see Ouran end on a high note than drag on like, say, Nana. (plz gaiz don't hurt me, I love Nana, but I'm ready for it to end.)

But I'm going to bet Ouran's ending will be more awesome than my simple mind can grasp. Tamaki better kiss Haruhi soon, or else. I will rage hardcore if he doesn't.

Chapter 69 is lurking out there, deep in the depths of the internet.

This chapter was actually more typical of Ouran, at least compared to what the most recent ones have been. It was hilarious, I lol'd muchly.

Anyway, Tamaki wakes up and feels great because he's in love and it's his birthday (?). He arrives to school on a really stupid-looking scooter, grabs Haruhi's face and gazes at her really intensely. It's pretty funny. Then Haruhi and Special Sparkly Snowflake Princess Megumi are all bffs in the library, what. As long as she's not all obsessed with Tamaki or stirring up drama, I don't have a problem with her. When it's time for cake, Hunny gives Haruhi her cake before Tamaki can, which prompts Tamaki to put more on her plate. Ahhh, young love.

But suddenly, Kyouya gets a ~mysterious~ phone call. Who is it? idk man, idk.

Awesome chapter, everyone go read it and laugh as hard as I did. <3

I bought all current 11 volumes of the manga series available to buy to date published by Viz Media/Shojo Beat from an online bookstore that I use frequently in this country and I really can't wait to recieve them all and begin reading it! I'm so excited to be able to have it right in front of me in my hands as I do so!

uh, just when Tamaki and Haruhi are about to get together something else happens.... the plot's getting a bit tiring, probably because now that Tamaki's realised his real feelings, the manga's lost some of its appeals!

Actually, I'm even more excited about it now that he's realized what, well, everyone and their mom has known since the first chapter. It's funny to see Tamaki trying to win Haruhi over and look like a total goofball in the process. Plus Hikaru hasn't given up yet, and Haruhi still needs to wake up and realize she's got it bad for Tamaki... He may have realized his feelings, but that's only half the fun. ;>

Chapter 70 was pretty cute, although the ending was a bit of a downer.

Spoiler for drama drama:

Kousaka tells Haruhi's dad that she's not suited for Ouran, and that it'd be better for her to leave the school. She also says that it's best if Haruhi doesn't get further involved with the Suoh family. I smell drama.

The guys also spent much of the chapter trying to decide what to get her for her birthday, and ended up trying to outdo each other and getting her a bunch of random junk. Goddamn lucky Haruhi.
