Or you could just use the locked aspect ratio so you don't have to cut and hope it to be '' something like it ''. Doesn't matter what way you cut it, it looks stretched so it looks bad. And by effects ... Just look at signatures on this forum. Anyone can crop a picture and slap text on it :x

Height: 120 pixels
Width: 400 pixels
Background color - anything that goes well with the character

Text:

Until your dream comes true - place this somewhere in the background please
Nozomi Yumehara - preferably at the lower left of sig
Liddo-kun - preferably at lower right of sig
Font color of text - I prefer pink, but if you have another idea then go ahead.

The positions of the text are simply an idea on what I hope to see. You can make the sig on your own style too, but please include all the text that I mentioned.
