Terminator Salvation (may 2009)

Now this is one movie I have been waiting for since the end of the last one.
Set in post-apocalyptic 2018, John Connor is the man fated to lead the human resistance against Skynet and its army of Terminators. But the future Connor was raised to believe in is altered in part by the appearance of Marcus Wright , a stranger whose last memory is of being on death row. Connor must decide whether Marcus has been sent from the future, or rescued from the past. As Skynet prepares its final onslaught, Connor and Marcus both embark on an odyssey that takes them into the heart of Skynet’s operations, where they uncover the terrible secret behind the possible annihilation of mankind.

It seem like the attack bike is completely on it own,it does'nt need a terminator to ride it.

Yeah, the NOD similarities was there but I gotta say this movie might just be able to deliver. Christian Bale seems just right for this role with his amazing voice and we hget to see what happened afterwards.
I can't wait for it, want Judgment Day now!

I think creating special effects for the new terminator is too easy now. T2 had many breakthroughs and that made it veyr unique back in the 90s.

Nick Stahl as John Connor...in T-3...what the hell were they thinking? They shoulda used the Kid from the 2nd one...he was in his 20s...he woulda been perfect.


Terminator Salvation looks excellent, judging by the trailer. I'm pleased with Bale starring as John Connor. He appears to be just the person for the role.

I caught this a few days ago. I couldnt believe it damn i mean hes not the first actor to lose his temper on a set but DAMN he just couldnt control himself on top of that he said the guy was "a nice guy" but then threatened to kick his ass and get him fired. Ah Hollywood it really is another planet. I dont give a damn if hes an actor some talked to me like that production would have suspended till he got out of the hospital.

By now looks like he'll have to answer a lot of questions for losing control (of temper and ego), not to mention that the gossip mags are wagging tongues (whoever leaked the vid... well, he/she must've want to do a bit of payback). Having read Scruples sometime ago, which described the process (and the Byzantine politics) behind the scenes, moviemaking is very stressful business.

Okay, now back to topic. It's been this sequel that some people want to see, on what really happened after Skynet took over.
