yeah arsenal looked great today shame it only happens in patches and united had their dud game of the season today, they always have one or two, luckily the other teams have many still hate that happens.

Huge for morale, but Spurs was a man down and collapsing and Arsenal still looked inconsistent in defense. This will be dangerous against firmer teams, as was proven by some of the season's matches.

Bless Santi though. I almost (*almost*) don't miss RVP.

If Rosicky and Diaby stays fit, Carzola wouldnt be exploited right this.
He deserved to have his rest...

Who will be next?

I couldn't believe that news when I heard it this morning, mean he only lost 3 games in a row, give the dude a break. Clearly the fans wanted him there but Bitch face Roman had other plans. Ah well this can only help united gain a hold on the title tis season depending on city's performances.

P.S. I heard Rafa Benitez is favourite for the chelsea job now....

it's really hard to not let things get to you. RDM was never the answer and Rafa will sink us in a hole so deep that it scares me.

Rafa is a good manager, but just like the others he will come to make money not to build a club. and Pep is not gonna sign anything until jan 2013. which will be way too late and we will have lost the league by then. then there's transition. by which time we will spend money on players that we do not need.

AAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! !!!!

though saying that from what i'm reading at the moment it looks like it's gonna be Rafa.

Please, Please Rafa do the right thing and don't take the job.

and if you do make me eat my words, as unlikely as that is.

It's not over yet. We still have to beat Shakhtar or atleast draw the match. Though seeing how they poorly behaved against Nordsjaelland with that lack of fair play I hope we defeat them, but it won't be easy at all (in fact it'll likely be the toughest match of the group).

Unfortunately it's all out of their hands now. Juve just need to draw the next game, and that's the bare minimum they'll need to kick out Chelsea from the Champions League. Chelsea all but out now unless they get really lucky.

While Juve aren't quite good at winning consistently, they are extremely good at not losing. Shakhtar, on the other hand, is happy to settle for a draw. I don't think Juve will lose the game.

I really hope Juve will make a long way into the CL. Their long absence in the top level European competition feels like a gaping hole in the football world.

Too late, Rafa is in.

I'm in-between "YEAAHHH RAFA'S BAAAACK" and "Oh Chelsea, he'll last three months."

But seriously I don't understand Chelsea. I don't understand you Chelsea fans and why you think what you think sometimes (honest, no insult here). How was Di Matteo not the right thing when he won you Europe's highest honor on a patchjob? Why would you think Rafa would be any worse than literally any other manager in such a situation? Who would be having enough time and space to even think about building a club under Abramovich's continuous micromanagement and the threat of being thrown out? What could be done, aside from not firing RDM or maybe AVB back then?

Really, honest question, because I have no idea.

The only thing I truly understand about Chelsea is that, aside from being actually quite good at this football thing, John Terry is a dick, Roman Abramovich is a dick, and successful managers keep getting fired.

I believe it is not Chelsea fans at fault...
Right now Chelsea is in the complete reigns on Abramovich...

^Oh no, I'm not "blaming" Chelsea fans (the dick's the Roman, not the fans). I'm just seriously confused at times by what Chelsea fans think of their managers. I sort of got that AVB didn't work out, but what's wrong with Di Matteo or Rafa, etc., and I'm interested too in who they think should lead Chelsea...uh, steward Chelsea under Abramovich.

This

If Chelsea FC fans really care about the club and are concerned about the crap done by the owner, they should make a photocopy of Manchester United fans' textbook on how to make massive protests against the owner (when the time requires action) and apply the recipe outside of Stamford Bridge.

Given that in the recent years (and even now) we've been under fire and criticism it really feels good to finally see the team playing well and getting praised for it.

Arsenal lost again.
From the match today, it seems that Arsenal is the mediocre team, and Swansea is the top four team in EPL.
Great play by Swansea.

And i wonder what excuse will Wenger made again? Referee maybe??
