Did anyone bother watching the last episode of GSA? The last sence of Kira is him floating around space, yeah after he just lost his ex girl friend. He was floating around, he really solved all of his problems..You know since, if you float around after you just get blown away and lost your girl friend, you really get a chance, you know to sort everything out.

Let me be the first to tell you bastards who never liked Kira, that Kira's story has not ended. Kira and Asthrun being against each other or choosing which side is not done. Gundam Seed DID NOT END, even before the end of the episode the writers were clear, there would be a new season. So seriously, stfu, Shinn doesn't have what it takes to be the main character. No matter how funny or catchy his "Like Save me you bastard, or something" line was. HE DOESNT HAVE IT- If he does get into the big picture only IF he does, iT will only be with LOTS AND LOTS of help from supporting Kira, and Asthrun. So

shame shame, to you who try to put Kira in the shadows. Is freedom dead? Didnt it get blown away?

It's not. It's beeing played into Gundam Seed Destiny. Just keep watching the story it will all play out in future episodes. Jesus man don't get to attached to the characters and Kira being a crybaby well yeah it is kinda true i mean come on your susposed to be what 18 around there? Do some pushups or something lol
and ryogax that swearing was completely unnecessary.

Seriously though Epyon calm down, not everyone hates Kira because he's a crybaby, there are other reasons for hating him.

Besides there's no way Kira's is over yet. There's still a million questions that they never answered in GS. Although, I heard that some of it was covered in some side manga, so maybe Kira's story is done...

You should probably be put to death simply for mentioning G-Saviour. Joking or not, G-Saviour is something not to be toyed with! It is the essence of everything bad. And concerning the topic of the thread: Not a fan of Kira. He cried a little to much for my tastes. Of course his story isn't over but at the same time, I don't think it'll take front stage...at least, I hope it doesn't. But I don't hate him, he had his uber moments. However, now it's time to pass the torch onto Shinn. Or screw that, let's give it to Lunamaria because she's a lot cooler...and she's my favorite. Go Luna-chan! Go Luna-chan!

Kira's role in seed is not done, but his story pretty much is. we pretty much know a lot about him. his role in destiny will go through athrun, lacus , and cagalli (well shinn too).

I liked kira. Him crying shows emotions. Who else cried in the Seed? A handfull i believe? Him crying brought out the best of his character. If he kept his emotions to himself, He would end up like krueze.

and btw so you are saying that the writers wrote their own story wrong :S

If you don't like it...write your own "Gundam Kira" =P

Personally, I thought Kira, Cagalli and Athrun should have bought the farm in the last episode. That explosion was huge...

The ending scenes were way too cheesy though (I mean, everyone's crying and the bird can fly in vacuum and find Kira despite the vastness of space... er.. yeah)

I think wut i felt wrong is with Destiny playing and kira not having the lead role. At least let Kira(THE PROTANGIST of Seed) TEACH SHINN HOW TO DO THINGS, instead of having them as rivals. I think they shoulda made Cagalli the rival instead.

My beef with Kira wasn't that he cried, but it was all he did, all the time. Kira crying the only constant in Gundam Seed. It just made huis characterization flat. If he had found some other outlet, like a violin or something, it would have given his character more depth.

It saddens me as i have to type out the confirmed story (and ending ) to this great but tragic series known and Gundam Seed 2 a.k.a Gundam Seed Destiny. Realizing the geat rift between ppl that this show has brought i have (at great personal risk) snuck into Sunrise animation Studio to steal the script in hope of bringing an end to this conflict .

From episode 9 where we left off.. Cagalli, who had been in constant contact with Gillbert got wind of the news that a person lurking in the shadows was slowly and surely stealing her hearts only flame away from her. Anxious to qwell that burning flame of jealousy she prepares to makes haste to Plant. However, Yuuna, casting aside all restraints when it came to the safety of he love of his life, put forth all of his charisma and succeded in charming Cagalli over to his side and getting her to forget about the traitor "It's ok, I'm here for you, isn't that enough?".Knowing of the political impact that this may have on their country orb, Queen Cagalli and Yuuna left at once to join Kira and Lacus in persuit of a life of Seclusion.

Kira, the ever caring brother, despite Lacus and Cagalli's frantic pleas to stay, found himself unable to stomach the humiliation that his sister had suffered at the hands of his arch enemy Athrun, boarded his hidden weapon of mass destruction, the ZGMF X10A Freedom ver 1.111111111111111. Cagalli, Lacus & Yuuna look on into the sky as a faint blue streak reaching into the heavens is all that remains of Kira.

Up in space, Gilbert lets out a small smile of sweet success as things have gone the way he had planned.Seeing his daughter Mia Campbell who is in the embrace of Athrun,he watches as she gives him the Saviour Gundam, "With this may u save the poor soles of those who have lost their way and grant them eternal peace in rest", and after a kiss on the cheek a slightly blushing Athrun boards Saviour and prepares to put and end to his fated rival and Destiny.

Meanwhile, Jibrill and Co. have been up to no good. Revealed that Logos actually is the front of a cat loving socirty which was angered at the abuse of animals on plant( which is why there has never been a single animal on plant and why the pictures taken by Milly showed all those dead dolphine----Junius 7 is a secret anti-animal weapon) They contacted Phantom Pain at once and ordered them to join up with Kira. But the Minerva have not been idle either. Minerva spoted the Phantom Pain and launched an attack. With the overwhelming power of the ship and the fury of a Seed mode Shinn Kira and the 3 druggies were at their limit. Suddenly, the pain of those he failed to protect came rushing back into his heart "Everyone, I'll portect everyone!!!!"He goes seed mode and puts and end to the ship minerva.

Knowing the situation was critical, Zaft ordered a gigantic Neutron Stampeder to be built and positioned it at Earth. Athrun with the strength of Mia supporting him succedded in killing all 3 druggies. "Stellar, Sting, Auel!!!" As Kira lies sobbing in his seat, images of the 3 pilots appear and comfort him and he goes into ultimate Super Seed mode. Freedom, sensing that the rage of Kira had reached the limit, went into Freedom Gundam Super mode( its really cool, the panels sort of slide back to reveal shining red parts). Athrun is no match for Super Kira as he charges into his fated enemy and was victorious. But the Freedom has sustained damage, its manipulator heavily damaged and head unit gone.

"Kira...the Neutron stampeder"---With a newtype flash he senses what could be earth's future if it fires. The Stampeder was too large to be destroyed by his cannon so he makes a decision and heads to the core....activates the self-destruct button and a hand ativated gadget with a red button emerges. As he stands in his chair he says "Mission complete" . Suddenly, Saviour flies in..."Kira....u protect Cagalli...we're meet again if fate allows it"pushing the freedom away he self destructs.Then there is a scene change as the screen fades with Kira screaming "ATHRUUUNNN!!!"

C.E. 72.6.15...Exactly 1 year afer war was declared, peace has ben restored to the people....Weapons known as mobile suits have never been sen again.

Whoa whoa whoa...chill out *the failure live action that shall not be named* haters.

Don't worry I'm sure Kira will come back if he survives in Destiny. Since i remember the writer of Seed likes to change the story of his projects at the last minute....so probably it woudnt really follow Zeta.

(Too bad he would need to take one entire series to recuperate from his vegetable status at the end...) Thus, watch for "Athrun's Counterattack" in the distant future where a slightly insane Athrun will unveil his insidious plot to force all Naturals to leave Earth by dropping asteroids (and other large objects) - thereby forcing them to coexist with the Coordinators - onto Earth! Meanwhile, Kira (Amuro) and Murrue (Bright) race against time in the super upgraded Archangel to stop Athrun's insidious plans to drop the asteroid Artemis onto Earth! Watch as Fukuda plots the deaths of almost all Gundam SEED timeline characters with the exception of Murrue! Er... coughs Nevermind me...
