Each characters' ending is voiced, as well as their event for each season, but only some events and ending gives you a CG.

To be more precise, Claire is also one of the two original female operators, since Macross Ace Frontier (I either use her or Misa as operator).
Personally, I either date her or Miyuki (one of the original female pilot).

She usually appear very late in the game, too late to really date her, unless you're in omake mode, after the third playthrough. There, she'll join Mihoshi Academy much, much sooner and you can properly date her.
