I first thought Jackie was cosplaying as Suiseiseki before taking a closer look. :P
Anyway, I voted for Jackie Chan because you need balls of steel to do all the stunts he has done. Sliding down huge skyscrapers, actually hanging onto flying helicopters and lots of other stuff... plus he's broken so many bones it's unreal. He'll even redo stunts if he didn't like the outcome, like that 'Clock Tower' scene where he falls through a ton of canopies followed by a hard landing.
So my vote isn't exactly defining that he has the most bulging, oiled over muscles or anything.
