Lol at least it is free. But yeah I am not sure if Capcom is trolling Megaman or legitimately trying to honor is 25th anniversary. If this is the only thing they are going to release then the fan have right to be annoyed, if not I consider this as good thing.

^ yeah, i saw it stating on another forum regarding that. still, i'm not really a fan of
the retro megaman. i first started my megaman game with the "x" series. didnt really touch the retro ones much. oh wait, i think i did played Megaman 2 on gameboy. i did like playing that, but not so much anymore as i get older. oh well, i'm sure retro megaman fans gonna love this game. EDIT: dang, now if only Ca$hcow endorsed some Final Fight fanmade games, i'm gonna have a heart attack.

Honestly, I always found it amusing that fans actually put more effort in their MM fan games than Capcom has put towards the franchise in recent years (ESPECIALLY after Inafune's departure). I mean heck, just look at stuff like Rokko Chan or other doujin games like Rosenkreuz Stilette/Megamari/etc. That being said, I still can't really hate on the company despite their treatment of the series these last few years, so I'll definitely be giving this one a download (and hey, it's kinda hard to complain since it's FREE and all ).

This game runs like shit on my computer. It's said that Game Maker games have a problem with some nVidia cards. To fix this, you should turn off all enhancements. But I don't even have any on...
