Love the episode and for the two member who question the world building well you got some today. And yeah not everyone support all the pointless death. It was really sad to see all the bodies being left behind so that the living can escape to fight another day. Salute!

One of the things I love about this show is that people's lives have meaning and treated with respect and importance. People just don't die and thats the end of it, there are consequences and the pain is felt by everyone. Those people complaining about their taxes was very frustrating as they don't know what the soldier's sacrificed for them.

Anyways, not only is Levi so physically badass, but emotionally he's very strong. He obviously cared for Petra. His scene with Mikasa was great, though I was hoping Mikasa would've had more fighting screen time with him.

Damn, what we thought we were going to get was tons of Levi and Mikasa action, but what we really got was...TONS of depressing moments and quite a few realizations about how things work in the world of Attack On Titan.

We did see some Levi and Mikasa action though, and Levi was just daaammmnnn, he was in control until Mikasa ignored his advice and went for the attempted finishing blow -_- But the end shot of the female titan was the definition of defeat and a true expression on how much the female titan had gone through.

YEAH the fight was anticlimatic lol. Though when the Female Titan teared up, it made me sad for her, despite the fact that she killed a shitload of people, it's like "damn I wonder what the girl when through to end up like that."

I have to admit, I usually hate fillers with a passion............but this anime has joined the short, short list of anime with filler that I actually love as much as the original material (another being One Piece). It was actually well made and matched the original content incredibly well in my opinion.

Oh yea and of course, badass Levi is a badass.

I guess you can say both sides lost this battle (though Survey Corps arguably much worse). Hence the title.

Angry Levi sure is dangerous, Mikasa doesn't stand anywhere close his level.

I felt bad for titan, it's like if she is crying "All of this was for nothing, all of this deaths were for nothing..." Even Levi got surprised.

I am amazed, it actually was a good filler material. I actually have to applaud animators for having guts to throw Petra's body like that considering how many people love her.

However, I still am irritated that I have to wait another week to see animated what I wanted for a while now.

Going by next episode title, I wonder if they will add some filler as well.

Mikasa is good.

But

Levi is God!

That fight ended fast. Erin wasn't just hypothesizing. If Levi + squad + Erin teamed up against FT it would've been a landslide.

She's sad because she wouldn't be able to complete the Titan mating ritual

I pity Erwin and Levi. They have to been seen as inhuman in order to keep the fight going. The scenes with all of the special forces family were too depressing, but I was glad Ivan's comrades were willing to take a chance in order to bring his body back. When Petra's father approached Levi, I felt awful for Levi because I believed he had some sort of feelings for her. For a filler episode, it was very well done.

For the preview of the next episode, I think that anything bad that can possibly happen will happen.

Ugh... I can't stand these civilians, if it my people saying shit like these to our soldiers I'll personally make sure they won't ever speak a words again.

Also Levi is fucking badass, I can see why everyone is liking him.

The fight scene with Levi and Mikasa was awesome. Levi was just inhumane with his abilities. However, I don't understand how the female titan could still move her arm to attack Mikasa at that point. Didn't Levi cut off all her arm and leg tendons? Plus, she could not see. How did she know that Mikasa was going to attack at that exact time?

Anyway, I'm curious as to why she was crying in the end? Is it because of all the sacrifice and loss of life for nothing, as some mentioned earlier? Or is it because she is blackmailed into doing what she is doing, and by failing, bad things will happen to her or those special to her?

It looks like Eren is being handed over to the military police, which should be interesting. What does the military police intend to do? Aggravate Eren to kill them? Also, Mikasa is not going to sit still.

As for previews,

Spoilers
Spoiler for Previews Discussion
Sorry; dynamic content not loaded. Reload?

Still, is the military police legit? So far in the series, they have been portrayed in a very negative light. Only the coward elites, who wants a luxurious life joins them. In the trial, they were portrayed as boastful cowards, who wants to destroy what they could not understand. The align themselves with the nobles and the crazy wall church people. They are seen as corrupt, and the there have been rumblings by the people that despises them. Is it possible that they have something to do with the female titans, as farfetched as that may sound?

If they are as bad as they are portrayed, I can't wait for Mikasa to start cutting them up because you know she will, if Eren is involved.

Wasn't it just one arm?
Besides she still can hear and 3d gear is pretty loud.

Glad you guys enjoyed the episode, after they retrieved Eren the ep felt like glorified filler (an episode about body dumping? really?). Now with two episodes left I am not holding my breath for a good ending.
