No, it's Kamito in drag. It's called the "Strongest Blade Dancer", which is Kamito as Ren Ashbell. Also, look at the last illustration, where Scarlet jumps in front of the "girls" chest. I think Rubia's goal is to awaken Kamito's power as the Demon King and to make sure he has a queen. As for the candidates its probably her and Claire. Although im still waiting to figure out when kamito reveals he was the previous ren ashbell to the whole group mainly to see Ellis reaction

What are you talking about? This series is only up to 10 volumes. Volume 9 is Rubia.

I must say, the eye colour threw me off quite a fair bit. Kamito has blue eyes but in drag he seems to have the same eye colour as Rubia.

Read the V7 afterword, it's Ren Ashbell 100%.
