Nowadays? They've always done that. But that was clearly a woman's voice, not "a woman pretending to be a male" voice.

A labcoat, normal decent clothing and a dress which, while certainly attracting attention to the chest, is generally still far more decent than what Fate tends to wear in battle.

Considering that Nanoha Befriends with a Pink Beam of DOOM...that has questionable affects and side-affects...
How about we just say that almost all Nanoha-verse characters are partially masochistic?

The way I see it?

Most everyone in Nanoha is attracted to everyone else, regardless of gender, depending on how badly they can beat each other up.
