BUMP

Comedy basically:
The manga protagonist is a young woman in her twenties and she is a mother of 2 (4yr daughter & 2yr son) and she is married to a rough young guy, who is carrying the family w/ his pay. The series pretty much have short skits of the family doing wacky stuff or cute things. I recall the father always freaks out his niece (only 1yr old), because he looks like an ape to her.

That manga is from 2012, which was somewhat meant as a tie in for the anime. That's why the art looks so similar to the anime's.

Artist of the year 2008 is Yoshida Morohe and I have the feeling that it might be art of the novel, if there has been one that year.

Oh i did not noticed the captions though there's still two questions i got to ask since some shows didn't had captions (for instance nanoha and to heart didn't had):

What show is from 0:58/59 and from which To aru season is the part at 08:35 (moving the video on this page for easier viewing):

Second one... I'm pretty sure it is from To Aru Majutsu no Index II, the last episodes, I think :P
