Haqua is close to being an ideal sniper candidate. She has some fervent fans, so people won't be surprised if she do well, but it isn't likely that she is top 16 level, so she can easily be cast aside when the time comes.

Let me put it this way, if they could ban a group of people so well that it could not be circumvented, every single software company, music company, movie company, publisher, etc would be begging on their knees for such technology. The courts in the US and UK would be forcing companies to use such banning software and the 2ch people would be rich.

And that is completely ignoring the fact that this is a volunteer operation, meaning your hardware will change, your software programmer's skills will change, your administrators will change every year.

Cause and effect. Let me give you this example from Freakonomics. Studies showed children with more books in their room do better at school. So if i buy books for my kid, does that make him or her smarter?

That is my last post on this matter as i'm frankly interested in saimoe rather than pointing out things

Thank you for enlightening me. I guess there are people much smarter than I and cares enough about Saimoe to somehow grab the valid code. Oh well, better something compared to nothing.

Damn some of those draws are tough for my favs. Aside from the obvious big match-up of Misaka vs Homura:

Tsuruko getting Madoka is a major personal bummer. Menma's also in block C unfortunately.

Meme vs Erio is a shame too. But also kinda funny.

Ryuuko and Togame are in the same block, but they're poles apart at least (I think). Too bad Kanade is in there too.

I find it ironic they put Charlotte in a group with a magical girl in it I feel like my choices are unsafe unless Strike Witches's strength fell, also how is 2nd prelims like is it just like if the character do good enough in 1st prelims they get another chance or actually lower tier than first prelims I'm just wondering since some people via 2nd prelims beat people from the 1st prelims and most of the 2nd prelims's votes number wise is similar to 9th-12th in 1st prelims
